Synopsis: Mohsen has unknown origins which made him excluded and rejected by the inhabitants of his poor neighborhood who often call him “Bastardo”. After being fired from his job, Mohsen, thanks to his friend Khlifa, installs a mobile centre on his roof in order to make a substantial monthly income. While this installation enables his neighbors to finally enjoy some modernity, their daily life is turned upside down and Mohsen is confronted by the unscrupulous mobster of his district.
